Boomer is a Mortgage Loan Originator and Owner of Baseline Mortgage. He has a passion for building relationships with his clients and making customer experience the priority. He consistently strives to exceed clients’ expectations while making what is usually a daunting process easy, comforting, and stress-free. Boomer founded Baseline Mortgage, LLC in March 2023 based on a set of core values and armed with years of experience and expertise. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Louisiana at Monroe, where he played baseball and was selected 2009 Sunbelt Conference Newcomer of the Year. Prior to ULM, he played at LSU-Eunice as a member of two National Championship teams. With a background in athletics, character, competitiveness, consistency, and commitment are instilled in his mindset. A native of New Iberia, LA, he currently calls Youngsville home. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his two daughters, Reagan (9) and Addison (7), and playing golf and tennis. Boomer’s full name is John Michael, but has gone by the nickname “Boomer” since birth.

She started her journey in banking and finance in 2007 and joined our team in March 2023. Since beginning her residential lending career in 2017, Kayla has never looked back.
